At Isaura Self-Care we strive to give our best to customers & aim for customer satisfaction. Therefore, we will use our best judgement to decide how returns will be handled.
RETURN POLICY:
- Only Eligible Reasons for return:
-Damaged in USPS or other shipping services / transportation used by Isaura Self-Care LLC (In Minnesota).
-Wrong product shipped / delivered (In Minnesota).
- Items returned must be unused or lightly used (determined by Isaura Self-Care LLC).
- Picture proof presented by party required.
- Process for return- Email admin@isauraselfcare.com to start the return process with pictures of items attached.
- Return must be made by party within 48 hours of party obtaining goods (Delivery Services tracked delivery date).
- Items shipped out of state are not eligible for returns (See refund section).

REFUND POLICY:
- Only Eligible Reasons for refunds:
-Damaged in USPS or other shipping service transportation used by Isaura Self-Care LLC (Anywhere).
-Wrong product shipped / delivered (Anywhere).
- Items returned must be unused or lightly used (determined by Isaura Self-Care LLC).
- Picture proof presented by party required.
- Refunds cannot be made for cash purchases.
- Process of refund (i.e. Processed up to 24 hours after approved request).
- Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reach your account (Duration varies with banks).
- Refunds will only go back to the account items were purchased from.

STORE CREDIT POLICY:
- Only Eligible reason for store credit:
-Party isn't satisfied with product received.
-Party contacted & informed Isaura Self-Care 24 hours prior to a paid workshop letting Isaura Self-Care staff know party can't make it.
- Party will receive an Isaura Self-Care gift card for the credited amount via email. Gift card does not expire.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

-Party isn't satisfied with product received.
- Shipped items are not eligible for exchange (See Store Credit Policy).
